# Montañana

Its historic centre is crossed by two ravines called San Juan and San Miguel which flow into the Montañana and Vallfora. It has been declared of national historic importance for its three Romanesque churches, two castles, Roman bridge, and a fourth church, now in ruins, but whose columns you can see in what was the town hall. This walled town still has at the foot of the castle of La Mora a gate with a semicircular arch and two towers.
